Reset Ridge
Reset Getaway will be a three-to-five-day retreat on Reset Ridge (a three-acre spot) in the beautiful mountains of La Florida, Dominican Republic. Reset Getaway is geared towards providing an opportunity for a personal reset for First Responders from the Dominican Republic, and The Bahamas.
Overview
Reset Getway provides confidential coaching and counseling for first responders and their families. We assist them in developing a personal self-care model. Think of self-care as having three aspects:
- Awareness
- Balance
- Connection
Participants will also have opportunity to:
- Engage in Prayer Walks
- Assist in the Project Ruth Medical Clinic
- Assist in building Community Bathrooms
- Enjoy Water Sports
We hope to have our first cottage completed by December 2024. Our ministry partners in the DR have secured a local contractor who will build at $16.00 per square foot.
